Think of us like clothes shopping but for food – browse through the items, selecting the size required and add to your basket. Once you’re ready, head to the checkout and input your delivery & payment details. Once you’ve picked your time slot, made payment and received your confirmation email, the Fast Foodie will be en route to you.

We’re open all day, every day so please make an order at your convenience.

Our delivery time slots run from Monday – Sunday, 9am till 5pm. During seasonal period please check our social pages for any changes to our hours.

We require 48 hours notice on a booking – if it is a last minute booking please Contact Us to discuss.

For daytime catering we required a specific time slot to be selected so we can arrange our delivery service.

We must receive your order 48 hours before the date required.

Any orders received after 4pm will be be processed as “received” the following day.

We’ve partnered with Waltham Forest eco-delivery service Zed to ensure that items dispatched within our Green Zone are delivered through zero-emission bike delivery. How cool is that?!

Let’s get it resolved as quickly a possible! Please Contact Us with your order number and clearly state the missing/faulty products, along with the problem and we’ll rectify the situation for you.

Changes and cancellations are welcome up until 48 hours prior to the catering drop off time slot. We unfortunately cannot make any changes once this time has passed.

We are a virtual catering company, operating out of the Larder cafe sites across North and East London.

Our team of chefs has specifically created each menu item, we do not accept any alterations to the current options.

Of course! On our shop page, please select the relevant tag on the left hand side which will filter out the products which are suitable for you.  Unfortunately we cannot offer our afternoon tea as vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free at this stage.

Currently we only offer serving sizes for the majority of our items in sizes:

M – for upto 6px

L – for upto 12px

Our dietary options eg: GF, DF and Vegan are available in:

S – for up to 3 people – as a perfect add on to a group booking if you’re unsure whether they may be required.

To save wastage we do not provide our catering with any additional extras, however you can purchase a bio-disposable pack of cutlery, plates and napkins here if you think your group will need them.

The Fast Foodie can deliver hot drinks if accompanying food orders of 30 guests or more, please email through for a quote, additional equipment collection fees may apply


PO numbers make ordering easy for larger companies.  Contact us if you would like to be able order using a PO number.  Please note you should not select this option unless you know that your company is already approved as a PO customer with The Fast Foodie. If in doubt, get in touch.

You should receive a email to confirm the booking – if you’ve not received this within 15 minutes of making the booking, please Contact Us and we’ll get back to you.

We unfortunately do not offer credit accounts at this time, with all orders required to be paid at the time of booking.
